How it works

From invisible to number one.

Your website is live. But is anyone finding it?

Today your company sits far down Google while your competitors sit at the top. Floxa analyses the technology, keywords and competition, optimises your site, builds content and backlinks — and moves you up. More visibility, more customers.

A new business website costs from €2,500 at a fixed price and is usually live within two to three weeks. Scope and functionality set the price — how many pages it needs, whether copy and images already exist, and what the site has to do; the quote is agreed before the project starts and is not renegotiated afterwards.

Fixed price from €2,500

The quote is agreed before we start. No timesheets, no follow-up invoices — if we misjudge the effort, that is our risk.

Live in two to three weeks

No six-month project timeline. You supply content and feedback, we handle the rest.

SEO built in from day one

Structure, load time and metadata are right from the start. Retrofitting the same result reliably costs twice as much.

What a new website in Ludwigsburg costs

A business website costs from €2,500 at a fixed price. That covers concept, structure, design, build, the technical SEO foundation and the launch.

The price moves upwards through scope alone: a trade business with five subpages sits at the lower end, a site with many service pages, several locations or a booking function well above it. What you do not get is an hourly invoice — you know beforehand what the final bill says. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG (German small-business rule); the amounts stated are final.

Why a good website is more than looks

Most websites fail on technology and structure, not design: slow load times, unclear routes to an enquiry, no focus. A handsome site nobody can operate on a phone brings in no more enquiries than before.

So we build for speed, findability and conversion from the first line of code. Looking good is the baseline — enquiries arriving is the point.

Website builder or custom build?

As long as the website is only a digital business card, a website builder is enough — we cannot compete on price there, and we do not claim to. The moment the site is meant to generate enquiries, the maths changes: builders produce bloated code, load slowly as a result, and can only be optimised to a limited degree.

That is exactly what all later SEO work depends on — load time, clean structure, direct access to the technology. Start with a builder and want visibility a year later, and you pay for the build a second time.

Technology Google and visitors reward

Load time and Core Web Vitals are a confirmed ranking factor — and they decide whether a visitor stays or returns to the search results. We use modern, lean code rather than bloated systems, build for the phone first and the desktop second, and keep a structure search engines can read without detours.

This is not a nice-to-have but the foundation: on a technically broken site, later SEO work evaporates regardless of the budget behind it.

SEO built in from the start

A new website is the cheapest opportunity to get SEO right: a sensible page structure, readable URLs, optimised copy and images, sound technical foundations. Retrofitted later, the same result routinely costs twice as much, because half-finished structures have to be torn open again.

That is why the SEO foundation is included in the fixed price. Whether ongoing support follows is your decision — it is not required, and it only becomes worthwhile once you want to compete for contested search terms.

For businesses in Ludwigsburg and the surrounding area

We work for businesses in Ludwigsburg and the neighbouring towns — from Oststadt and Eglosheim through Oßweil and Neckarweihingen to Poppenweiler and Hoheneck, plus Kornwestheim, Asperg, Möglingen, Tamm, Freiberg am Neckar and Bietigheim-Bissingen. Our base in Remseck am Neckar sits in the same district, so on-site meetings are routine rather than an expedition.

This is not a side note. Anyone searching in Ludwigsburg for a tradesperson, a law firm or a practice is shown local results. A website that names the location, the catchment area and the services clearly holds an advantage over national providers that no advertising budget offsets.

The most common mistakes on small business websites

Four things show up on almost every site we take over: no phone number visible without scrolling, noticeably slow loading on mobile, every service crammed onto a single page, and a contact form asking for more than a first enquiry needs.

Each of these costs enquiries, and none of them is expensive to fix. If you are unsure whether a relaunch is worth it or a revision would do: we look at it in the initial consultation and tell you honestly — including when the answer is that your site can stay as it is.

The process — from idea to finished website

From idea to finished website takes two to three weeks, in four steps. With copy and images ready, two is realistic; if they still have to be created, it is closer to four or five.

  1. Days 1–3

    Define the goals

In the initial consultation we define the audience, the ambition and the scope of the project.

  2. Week 1

    Structure & wireframe

Technical demo

See it, don't read about it.

Our technical demo runs in the browser and shows what modern web technology can do today — hand-built, with the same technology we use in client projects. Not a client project, not a template.

Common questions

What does a new website cost?

From €2,500 at a fixed price. The price depends on scope and functionality; the quote is agreed before the project starts and is not renegotiated afterwards.

How long until my website is live?

Two to three weeks from the order if copy and images are ready. If the content still has to be created, it is closer to four or five weeks.

What is not included in the fixed price?

Ongoing support after launch, licensed stock imagery and content we have to create first are not included. Whatever applies in your case is stated in the quote.

What does ongoing support cost afterwards?

Monthly SEO and website support starts at €850 per month and is optional. A finished website works without it — it simply stops growing.

Will you take over my existing website?

Yes, and it is often the cheaper route. Before proposing a rebuild, we check whether technical and structural work on the existing site delivers enough.

Does Floxa build websites or only do SEO?

Both, and usually together. A website without an SEO foundation rarely delivers the enquiries it could — and SEO on a technically weak site evaporates.

Can I maintain the content myself later?

Yes. On request we set the site up so you can change copy and images yourself, and show you how once. If you would rather not, we handle maintenance.

Is the website optimised for mobile?

Always, and first. Google evaluates the mobile version of a page before the desktop version — so we build in that order, not the other way round.

Do you work outside Ludwigsburg?

Yes, across the wider Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart area. Kornwestheim, Asperg, Möglingen, Tamm, Freiberg am Neckar and Bietigheim-Bissingen are all within the usual catchment; our base is in Remseck am Neckar, in the same district.
